General Motors Indonesia complements its product lineup by presenting a range of double cabin pickup first in Indonesia, namely the All New Chevrolet Colorado. Pickup is available in three variants: Extended Cab, Crew Cab LT and LTZ Crew Cab with a price of Rp 265 million to Rp 343 million.
President of GM Southeast Asia, Martin Apfel who attended the launch of the All-New Chevrolet Colorado in Bogor said the mid-size pickup sure it can meet market needs double cabin Indonesia.
"We're really ready to launch the All-New Chevrolet Colorado, Chevrolet seed through 34 dealers spread all over Indonesia," said Martin Apfel.
The third variant is equipped to offer all-new turbo-diesel four-cylinder engine. Machine with a capacity of 2.5 liter produces 150 horsepower power (110 kW), and a torque of 258 lb.-ft (350 Nm). Power distribution using a 5-speed manual transmission.
Price on the road to All-New Chevrolet Colorado extended cabin of Rp 265 million, double cabin / crew LT Rp 323 million, and double cabin / crew LTZ Rp 343 million.
Marcos A. Purty, GM Indonesia president director said the market was double cabin in Indonesia still has significant opportunity to grow and prove to continue to show encouraging growth charts, with sales of 17 815 units in 2011 or grew by 19 percent from 2010.
"The market is able to achieve a double cabin of new market share to 2% of total car sales nationally in the same year," he said.
